Scott Parkerson kindly resurrected the issues system. issues.foresightlinux.org shares a public IP with foresight-commits.rpath.com (via proxy). In order to make this work with SSL, we had to replace the SSL certificate associated with that IP with a wildcard certificate. It currently has some broken links for static images, but those do not affect usability.
This means that you should expect to have to "confirm security exception" when you access https://issues.foresightlinux.org/ Additionally, the same new self-signed cert is used for foresight-commits.foresightlinux.org so if you are (say) changing your repository password on foresight-commits you'll see the same security exception.
