PSPad HEX view has 2 modes. If you open fle directly in HEX, you can't switch to text mode, because you edit binnary file. To prevent PSPad to open non file in HEX mode, go to program settings / Direct edit change: AutodetectBinnary=0 But if you modify binnary file in text mode you damage it! -

Sorry to confuse things, conspirisi. The tool panel colors cannot be altered now. To preserve the current environment behavior (white tool panels), perhaps Jan could add a _mirror colors in tool panel_ option to the Settings > Program Settings > Colors dialog. :-D -- Hankejh, ingk.com
