Another solution is to go into the security properties of the folder in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files(x86) and add your username to have full security rights to the folder and all subsequent folders and files. I was having issues running Tidy and did this to resolve that issue. --

My bad. I guess I got confused and forgot to change the date format from dd/mm/ to mm/dd/ (the US format). It is actually working fine now that I figured that out. A good night's sleep works wonders. My apologies. -- PSPad freeware editor
