For installing ltsp in ubuntu, you could download the ltsp related files from ubuntu repository, and then try installing the package my first mounting your Ubuntu 7.04 DVD or Server CD if you have it and providing the path for --mirror and --security-mirror to the DVD or server CD you just mounted
