[FOSSNepal] Facing Problems in Localization

Hi folks, I am localizing a product in Nepali and facing big, bigger problems in translating it word by word. Even the easiest word seems to be confusing and giving two meanings. I want to know if there are any standardized localizing manual. OR Can anyone translate these simple words for me

[FOSSNepal] Is Linux Sysadmin on high demand in your country?

Hi all, Can someone tell me a little whether Linux Sysadmin is on high demand in your country? If so, are there many foreigners filling the vacancies? So far, based on my limited observation in Indonesia, the demand is quite high. But finding the right one is not easy, in terms of needed skills
