rhel5 doesn't have the nepali unicode support, so u have to create a custom
keyboard layout by yourself...this is how i've done
inside the /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols create a file name 'np' and paste this
partial default alphanumeric_keys
xkb_symbols "basic" {
name[Group1]= "Nepali_Romanize

Are you interested in TTF fonts or Nepali Unicode, Just in case you are
interested in the TTF fonts, you can download the Nepali fonts from web, as
required.
After than you need to copy these fonts/folder to /usr/share/fonts: Simply
follow this two commands accordingly

As Akash said, You can get the FOSS in Digitrust Enterprises.
But you may have to wait for sometime to toast the cd/dvd out.
