After setting up the IBus in startup, I restarted my system,still facing the problem. I removed all previous keyboard layout that I chosed for Nepali, then I tried Adding a keyboard layout for nepali again. I added country:Nepal variants:Nepal. It gives me romanized keyboard layout. Like ram

Thanks for reply, but still having the romanized keyboard layout. When I tried SCIM, it gave me a keyboard lock problem in Eclipse IDE. Uninstalling SCIM solved the problem for keyboard lock. I wrote it here, just to make a note for others. And the shortcut of Ctrl+Space too didn't work. I have
