It's not the gadmei tv tuner. It is a wintv pvr usb from Gemini. Anyway I

Manager 0.7 which was already availble in distos like Fedora 9 which

Static ip -
$ ifdown eth0;
$ modprobe -r [ethernet driver];
$ modprobe [ethernet driver];

Network Connection dialogs looks revamped, and i'm having some trouble with
it.
