The worst solution for newbies to find the problem would be to execute
firefox within gdb.
1. gdb firefox
2. run
3. check for the log that is being output by gdb, you may paste that log to
this mailing list as well as that log could help you consult the intended
firefox support IRC Channel/Mailing
Or simply remove the .mozilla folder in your home directory or rename
it to .mozilla.bak and strat with a fresh profile

Bijay, If it doesnt work normally then 1 and 2 won't solve ur problem
either. Just paste the log (if any), what you got in terminal while running
1 and 2. It will help others
