If so
You can convert TTF to TTF ie Fontasy tt to Preeti tt first, correct minor
error manually, then convert to Unicode by rupantar version 3. I hope this is
one and ultimate option.

Rupanter does convert from fontasy_himali_tt to unicode but not all the
characters.
