The main repo doesn't use wiki pages any more - the embedded docs feature
is preferred because it's versioned along with the rest of the site. Wikis
_are_ versioned but there is no UI for travers

Is there a way to get a list of private branches in a repository?
'fossil branch list' shows all open branches, and there is no
'--private' option. 'fossil tag find private' doesn't show branches
created with --private, and 'fossil tag find --raw private' shows
artefact IDs. I can't see
