Which suggests (because of the zip format) that fossil zip also has such a
limit, in which case display of such names in one particular view is the
least of the problems such names cause.

Looks like anon user can’t create new tickets anymore. Is this on purpose?
I’d like to raise 3. (file name) and 4. (MIME type) as outright bugs, 4. being
particularly annoying, for drh and/or others to have a look at when they have
more bandwidth.
