I looked into the configuration and found one had "Use HTML as wiki
markup language" enabled and one did not. I guess that is not copied
when doing a `fossil clone.` Is there a reason why "Use HTML as wiki
markup language" is not copied to a local repo? It is located on the
'WWW Configuration' and
Or there are different settings on the two reposiotries (it can happen :))
such as how to interpret the wiki (using parsing or plain HTML), or the CSS
is different due to the header.
I would recommend checking all the settings on the two repos using the ui.

binary downloaded today from http://fossil-scm.org/.
The second box is a Lion MBP running `fossil ui` using the binary
downloaded today as well.
