As a part of a security upgrade, I recently had my user name changed from
"paielli" to "rpaielli". That caused fossil to tell me something like this:
fossil: repository does not exist or is in an unreadable directory:
/home/paielli/XXX.fos
What is the simplest remedy for this problem? Thanks.

Thanks, but for some reason that didn't work. I call my fossil file .fos
rather than _FOSSIL_ , but I changed the command accordingly. It ran
without any complaint, but I'm still getting the same error message.

Are the permissions righ
They seem OK to me. I haven't had any other permission problems, and I have
read/write permission for the repository.

Could you re-run DRH's command replacing respository with repository? There
was a typo in it.

Yeah, that was it! Funny how I missed that typo. Thanks.
