Alberto and I are putting a developer experience hackfest together.
The last one was about a year ago and was a big success, and we want
to keep up the momentum. Topics that we're planning to cover include
GTK+, developer tooling and documentation.

Hi Allan and Alberto!
Can we have hackfest at Pune(India) but i am not sure about budget because
most of hackers would travel from EU region but it would be cheap in terms
of lodging and it would be really nice in terms of GNOME's activities in
India.
