Since we went to version 6, I have problems with an extended nodebus connection.
Several times a day, like 50-60 times a day, we are getting RA failures on a DNBX.
I've inhibited the alarms on that station but it is frustrating for the operators to

One difference is that the D boxes are an IDE drive as opposed to SCSI. It
is easy to do with the SCSI drives, but we have not found a way to format
the IDE drives in a manner that changes the hard drive name like ST30

usually when this message appears the box continues to boot, as far as my
experience tells me this is not a fatal error. Maybe you have another error
which happens after this message which does not show up on the screen?

I had a something similar happen to me and I found the first RAM chip was
bad. That may be a good starting point.

I am not sure exactly how the "D" box install script works, but I have done
this with "A, B, & C" sun boxes that have SCSI drives. The keys for the
install script to work is that the hard drive has to been named like it was
a sun ex. "SUN9.0G" and the partitions need to be manually setup.

At the time of Power UP the AW , it is not getting bootup and has stopped
proccessing giving the following error.
Clock gained 35 days-CHECK AND RESET THE DATE.
Can anybody help how to reset the date?
STOP A is giving OK prompt and there by typing boot -s for single mode
