Does anyone know of a way to put ECBs on and off line without using the
System Monitor? I would like to be able to do this from a program or

There isn't really. But if you have more blocks to convert you could
probably write a shell script which outputs an ICC Driver script that does
the job for you (save source code, create a new block with the necessary
parameter setti
