Chuck, We use the 20 inch Sony monitors model GDM-20E01 with the touch screens. I have found two different sources that can rebuild the monitors with CRT tubes that each company manufactures. One is Vartech Displays, Inc. 11301 Industriplex Boulevard Suite 4, Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Ph 800-22
