We use the 20 inch Sony monitors model GDM-20E01 with the touch screens. I have found
two different sources that can rebuild the monitors with CRT tubes that each company
manufactures. One is Vartech Displays, Inc. 11301 Industriplex Boulevard Suite 4,
Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Ph 800-22
You guys are really pushing your luck discussing such heathen ideas like not

Check with Sun. Foxboro Mark up generally seems to be double the
normal cost.

Foxboro screens (historically) are actually made by Sony Corp. You
might be able to find replacements there, although will not be
supported if you have a service contract.

When we converted to I/A about six years ago, we got the big Sony monitors
with the touch screen option. They are great to work with and the operators
really like them. Apparently they have a life span of about six years of
