I'm afraid I'm still a bit lost though. All my 'other' attributes are
already #IMPLIED. I tried changing the NMTOKENS attribute to #REQUIRED
(from #IMPLIED) but this didn't make any difference.
Any suggestions?

Using FM 7.2 and Distiller 7.0 to create pdf for print.
I have some trouble trying to figure out how to cope with the convert to RGB
problem with FrameMaker.
When I generate pdf files from FrameMaker, some of the colors are converted to
RGB.
If I select the Distiller option Convert

Another note on server-based data: if you're having to access the server via
VPN, there are faster VPN routers, and tunnels and there are slower ones...so
check that, too.

Upon opening a file (not my file originally), I am prompted for a
graphic. The file "used" to have this graphic (I imagine referenced)
as part of the Master Page, but was deleted and is no longer there.
