To be very simplistic, we already do structure, though we do it in a sloppy, and rules bereft manner. Normally we use visual structuring of documents. In other words, formatting. Applying very strict rules to formatting brings us closer to structured data. Until one day we transfer those rules

Kara, When I specify the page size, I set it to 11x17. Acrobat/Reader automagically displays the FM size page as the (I think) bounding box, so 8.5 pages are cropped to fit, centered on the larger sheet size. If you want, you can use the Crop Tool in Acrobat to confirm this and to trim the page siz
