Grab the DITA App Pack and take a look at the EDD that is part of the
DITA-Topic-FM structapp .. I think it will do pretty much what you want
(although you may need to take it to additional levels).

As previously stated, these are just "sneak peak" previews, and nothing
is guaranteed to make it in the final build.
For one, I'm pretty sure that they said that the DITA support will be
built in, and you won't have to download the DITA App Pack and install
it.

the issue on and off) is to print the document to PS twice. The second
one is always fine.

7.2. Choose View > Formatting Bar and click the icon that has the white page
