I have a client using FrameMaker 7.2 on Windows XP. They're using SnagIt to
create screencaps of application screens and windows. They output to the
following:
- printed book
- PDF posted online that user can view or print (This is the same PDF sent to
press)
- HTML via Webworks

Can you please tell me the online certified courses or distance learning
courses (India or outside) in FrameMaker, Online Help and Content Writing.
The institute must be recognized. Also, a good book for Framemaker.

I use SnagIt and capture fairly high resolution PNGs. They print and
PDF nicely and don't _require_ conversion to use in HTML (through
MIF2GO). However, they can be resized on the fly through MIF2Go -- I
don't know enough about Webworks' capabilities to know if it can do
that too.

The <$nopage> was a feeble attempt to see if that would help. It didn't and
has since been removed.
Once I discovered the space between primary:secondary being a problem, I
sought out my troubled markers and retyped them. I wouldn't be at all so
sure there were no carriage ret

have been contributory.
I went through my index markers and cleaned out spaces, and removed an
