I have been asked to design some training manuals in Framemaker that
will eventually go on our intranet. I was wondering whether any of you
could give me advice on the following:

If you have FM8.x, make sure that WebWorks is not opening it in the background
as you attempt to build your help. It was doing that.
The fix was to make sure that you had FM 7.x open before the build, and then
Webworks would use that version.

I have attempted toi upgrade several times. Each attempt fails. The only
information regarding the failure is the message "RoboHelp update 7.0.1
failed to install.
Any ideas on how to get the patch to take?

Hi all,
Every time I save in Frame, I am prompted by the "Cannot be Undone. Undo
history will be lost. OK to continue?" message to which I have to click OK
before I can continue.
I am not sure if this has always been the case. I am thinking it only started
after I recently installed the hotfix
