I cannot figure out why some of my anchored frames are placed above the
insertion point in stead of at the insertion point.
It seems that whenever the frame starts on a page I have this problem.
When I have a sentence above the frame there is no problem.
Can you tell me what is causing this

I need to use a slate blue color in a manual I'm creating -- rules
and heading text. But no matter what color model I specify in
FrameMaker, I get a garish cyan when the file is converted to PDF.
This is only a problem with elements and text created in FrameMaker.

John,
If I understand your production cycle correctly, there may be an easier
way than moving files around and tweaking your .book structure. I do

Does anyone know of a good job board (or boards) for unstructured FrameMaker

I have used Resource Hacker with Frame 6 and 8 to resize various dialog
boxes, including the cross reference dialog. It's a very useful tool.
And, yes, back up the fmdlg.dll before messing with it. Just in case!
Let me know if you need any help with this.
Cheers
