Good question. I have seen the same error in Frame 7.2 occasionally
when generating on-line help using WebWorks ePublisher, probably
during the printing/rasterization stage.
It indicates Frame is trying to close during the operation. In my case
it is not reproducible (doesn't happen very often). C

The advantage of using WebWorks, IMHO, is that FrameMaker is your
authoring environment. If your writers understand how to use
FrameMaker and it works well for you WebWorks is probably your best

My search function works fine when I enter a term and click Find.
When I enter a term and hit Enter, I get a blank box with the word "false"

Yes, I can reproduce it. I have only seen it with one of my FM books, and it

Do you get a "frame has experienced a serious error and must quit"? It
doesn't sound like it but if it does you can try getting Adobe to
interpret the error message and log.
See if you get the same error by printing to another printer driver.
Then if possible see if you can isolate the error to on

Because you're on XP, it'd be a good idea to install Microsoft's Hotfix for
PostScript printer issues.
