reviews in FM came in with FM9); I've used them with PDFs in network folders
internally - I've never used it with acrobat.com (which I guess is the "new"
way to do shared reviews with people all over the place)

Here is a Microsoft hotfix that worked for me with FM 9. It is a known issue
that happens when converting a file to Postscript.

I've been doing that a lot recently - I have tables of terms that I need to
de-table to put into sorted list.
I simply select all the cells I want, and paste them into a text editor. My
usual choice is TextPad, though it may also work with NotePad.
The cells turn into text with tabs between cel
Copy the Excel tables from Excel to Word (not as OLE). Word adds them as
tables. Open the Word files in Frame, then remove all borders and
shading (optional).

reimaged did they put the same fonts back. Also you may need to tell
Acrobat where to find the fonts you are using in the preferences.
