Hi Robert,
WebHelp files are just HTML files so you should be able to post-process them
to add the _blank option. You could use Perl or some other kind of scripting
language that you could add to your build process. If you send me a sample
file or two, I will see what is possible. Thanks.

Acrobat Reader XI supports full set of commeting tools. So, if the reviewers
have Acrobat Reader XI, you don't need Acrobat professional point product nor
TCS to enable commeting in PDF.
If reviewers are using Acrobat Reader X or less, you need either Acrobat
Professional point product or TCS t
It may be that I needed to change the format of the <$pagenum> item
on the index reference page...although I can't say if it will work
correctly after a second book update.

Hi Karen,
Could you describe how you're working when editing or regenerating the
index? As Richard described, setting the format on the reference pages and
then update these formats should stick after regenerating the index. Note
that's update the paragraph style, not the character style!
