FrameMaker -> PDF -> ePub format?

Formatting for ebooks is very different for formatting for fixed layout like print or PDF. It's more akin to formatting for an online help format like CHM or webhelp. Your reader has a little 4x6 window into which you have to shoehorn your text, and you don't know what font size or possibly even

I am wondering if there is any simple route from a hyperlinked PDF to ePub/eBook formats. I have no experience of the latter, but would like to offer a FrameMaker -> ePub service in future. Any advice would be welcome. -- Steve

Along with the usual suspects (MIF2GO, WW, RH) to output EPUB, RoboHelp also generates Kindle-compatible files using the same interface (Single Source Layouts) as its other outputs.Thus linking a FrameMaker project to RoboHelp (or importing, if you don't have the integrated TCS) gives you HTML5, EP
