Three lines in I'm already confused. You're running TCS 5 then you are
installing FM 12 and Acrobat Pro 11. Aren't those part of TCS5? Or are you
saying these problems came on by doing a TCS 5 install?

you really make us look slow on the uptake when it takes a day our more to see

Adobe has a special pricing for upgrade to Frame 12 for 40% off for
users of Frame 9. Sadly, I'm on Frame 8.
Does anyone know of a contact in Adobe wherein I could plead for an
extension of the sale offer to my licence?

Frame 12 list price is $999.
Adobe is having a special discount so that it now costs US $636.86 and
there is a discount for TC5 but only for cloud subscription.
I opted for the full Frame 12
