SVG import FrameMaker 11

Hi, one of my clients reports an issue with SVG files in FM11. There’s no preview for imported SVG’s and re-importing gives a filter error. SVG’s are created in Illustrator (CS6). Anyone els seen this, what can be the cause? (note: the SVG’s displayed fine in previous FM version)
