If you're using FrameMaker 12, then add the paragraph catalog to the pod. Click Format > Paragraphs > Catalog. It will be automatically added to the pod. Thereafter, if you want the catalog list to always stay open, right click the pod and deselect Auto-Collapse Iconic Pods. When you are done, c
