[Framers] Include PDF in a book

Hi, I’m a bit confused about this: in a FM book I can add a .pdf file. But it doesn’t print with the .book. Anyone knows a runaround for this? Or is it just not possible (tried up to FM 2015). Vriendelijke groet / Kind regards, Wim Hooghwinkel
