The old MIF2GO would do that. The developer passed in 2014 and the program is
now freeware. I don't think it is updated any more. Give it a look though.

I'd check out Rick Quatro's FindChangeFormatsBatch extend script. It's easy to
use, and takes care of mapping para, table, char, xref, variable, condition,
master pages, AND marker type.
