With an Acrobat JavaScript, the source of the PDF doesn't matter. The script
would process the finished PDF, regardless of the application that created
it.

It does what it claims. So, for example, you have some work you need to do
in a file that I create. In my FM file I have the font FooTastic and you
don't. If you do NOT have the missing font names on then FM will replace
FooTastic with Times (or something equally annoying as it's not MY font

The way I work around this is to type the text in FrameMaker the way I
want it to look in the PDF bookmark. Then I use a style to have it look
