I have a complete S1000D Project from a authoring
Software.
I want to open and publish it into FM.
Is this possible or have i set it up new in FM?

Hello,
S1000D version 4.0.1 has been built-in to FrameMaker since FM10. It works
for a limited sub-set of data module types, but does include the ability to
publish data modules from a publication module which is presented as a
FrameMaker structured book.

I manually edited my index.html page with the string
and the page loaded, though none of the content in the frames did. It seems
that the issue is that the string needs to be in the header of EVERY html
page in the project. If that is the case, it sucks because I have 3
projects that I want
I think only Microsoft browsers have that problem, so Chrome should
also be OK. I'm not sure about Edge.
In RoboHelp, you can edit the layout properties to add it
automatically. If FrameMaker's subset of RoboHelp features doesn't
include that UI, you could probably edit some file.

I update 3 books that I want to generate to an online format, such as

In the olden days, you could run multiple instances of FM from a single
installation on a single PC, just by re-launching it. Not sure this is
possible now. Also, there's a possible problem with the instances trying to
use the same document file or program file simultaneously,
