Working with FM12 on Windows 10. The book is a 300 page document that includes approximately 30 short video tutorials. When I generate the pdf using the Save as PDF option, the video icon appears where inserted, but is not active. The size of the final pdf, only 102 mb, also is a tell-tale that the distilling didn't pick up the videos. I would expect this book to come in at 500-600 mb. I have added videos to manuals many times in the past, both on Windows 7 Pro and, now, Windows 10, and the books have worked beautifully. The generation process also seemed short (about 10 minutes); typically, our video-enhanced books can take up to 15-20 minutes to generate.
Any ideas on what I can do to generate the manuals with the videos? I have gone through the book and, in the FM file, verified that the videos are there and will play. I also made sure that the resolution of the output mp4 file from my video editing app (Movavi Video Suite 2020) was correct. I had tried a smaller size, but the videos just came up as a black box. I also test-ran a "saved as PDF" chapter file to verify that the videos would play, too. Is there a limit to the number of multimedia items that you can add to a document?
