I am currently using Frame 10 (as part of TC3). I briefly tested opening
a Frame 8 document and it seem you can only save as a Frame 9 or a Frame
10 document.
Oddly enough, you can only save as either a Version 10 or version 7 when
saving as a .mif file.

The following is for Frame 8 but I would imagine that it is similar for
Frame 9.
For the .html conversion on the book level, you have to use the
Reference Page in the very first file in the book. As you scroll down,
you should notice two sets of html conversion tables. One is on the
'HTML' pages

Quick question, does the larger file begin with a different element than
the other files in the book? If so, you may want to double-check the
mapping for that element.

I'm not sure if the lck files are the source of your crash. It's possible that
there is a conflict in the conditions themselves.
