Xrefs in text insets

Hello Framers, I am struggling with crossreferences in text insets. I know it has been an issue more often, I have been browsing the archives, but I cannot find a conclusive answer. I hope there is someone how can shine some light on this problem. I am taking about FrameMaker 8 and windows XP.
