Someone mentioned Affinity here, so I installed it. It looks like it has a
lot of potential, but It was more than I needed right now so I didn't put
much effort into using it.

Is there a way to have FrameMaker save the automatic backup files in a
sub-folder below the project folder? I see where to turn on/off the
backups, but not any way to specify where to save them.
Having those backups in the same location makes the folder much too busy,
IMO.
I'm using Frame 14.
