Brett (et al),
I found DRAFT material in tables in the BS Performance profile. Should these be
promoted to Experimental?
I've screen-capped these DRAFT rows in the tables below.
Please advise.
Thanks.

In FM itself, I set (for all book files) Format/Page Layout/Pagination:
double-sided AND 1st page side: right AND Make Page Count Even. Each
chapter/clause is a separate file in the book for this to work.
After creating a PDF, I always open it and choose in Properties/initial view:

I have been comparing several FM books (specs bound for ISO) that are large
with lots of docs that contain many referenced Visio's and text insets. I have
converted the text insets (MIFs full of tables) to text so table entries will
compare. But the compare function is not consistently working.

The text-inset solution Jeremy Griffith provided to the list (and to me
earlier this year) is a good one for my needs. I work on a Storage
Industry dictionary, and it's a FrameMaker book with each letter a
separate file (needed for the Web version

Leah,
Check to see if XP Service Patch 3 was installed. If so, uninstall it.
It will prevent you from being able to save Frame files with referenced
graphics (in XP).
Good luck.

I am looking for suggestions on single sourcing content of a dictionary
(currently in MS Word) into two versions:
- Web version (not PDF) with cross links between definitions/terms
- Printed book that is handed out at trade shows (very popular item,
sponsored by multiple companies).
More info...

I don't know if this has been answered, but I just lost lots of time
until Adobe support told me about this (on my second call to them). With
XP Service Patch 3, you cannot save Frame files with updated referenced
Visios. You get a backup file with the Visio grayed out and the message:
