while saving my Book as PDF it works properly.
You can try again with these settings in the Bookmark Tag:
Unchecked the Generated PDF Book

Again install your FM 7.2 and the Acrobat 7.0 for windows (complete software
and not the acrobat reader alone) because in this only you will find
installation for PDF printer and this you can see in your printer and faxes.
