Here is the snippet from the documentation: "Generated files, such as table of contents or index files from the child book are not included in the published output. This is because the generated files in the parent book contain information for the child book files as well. Also run book-wide operations separately for each book." So I'd have Heading 1_eng, Heading 1_fre, Heading 1_spa, etc. And then I'd have to apply those to every heading 1 and 2 in every one of my languages. That's a lot of work.
