I was at a client today who recently installed FM2022 (FM17), downloaded from
the Adobe website. They al had this issue: the welcome screen distorted (no css
applied) and the Frame font missing - resulting in not properly diplaying tabs,
anchors, etc..

You could add a marker in the table and create a crossref to that marker.
(You may notice that all cross references have a marker created at the target
location. Such a marker could be created by your self, with the right text to
display).
