Is there a way to get around the issue of a book not allowing the same file more than once?

Hi, Nadine... It's not whether I want to look at another tool or not;...it's that being I'm in a Bank AML Compliance environment, I work in a locked down environment and it takes an act of god to install software off the approved list. It was a 6 month effort just to add a PDF link checker. >>
