Print quality of graphics rotated in Frame

I have a couple of rotated anchor frames that contain referenced WMFs. It prints fine with my very slow PS printer-driver, but on my usual speedy PCL printer-driver, the print quality is horrific. When I tried to convert to EPS & reference that instead, Frame could not display the graphic. Any s
