There might be a plug-in, but I can't remember its name. But failing that:
The simplest, unless your book is long: make a new book file.
The next simplest: back up the book file, then save the book file as MIF, open
the MIF in a text editor, search for the unwanted condition tags in
Seems to me that Illustrator is either changing the page size or that
the graphic has been this way earlier but moved (manually?) within
FM's anchored frame.
IMHO, if you change the page size in AI to fit the graphic, that could
