I just downloaded the patch but can't install. Is anything required
other than double-clicking AdobePatchInstaller.exe from the zipped

I was contacted by Vikram from Adobe Customer support who had me verify
that I'd saved the .zip and extracted all files locally. (Turns out I'd
double-clicked the .exe from within my WinZip window.) When I followed
