This describes my experience during the run-up to release. The temporary fix was to create a new profile and reload TCS2. I lost all my productivity workflow, shortcuts, and plug-ins and had to replace them as I went along, on schedule to miss the release by about 4 weeks. Yes, I use a dependable cvs, but the amount of work done in one day that was lost in the <crash> is pushed to the next release, which pushed everything else. Previously, we had no compelling economic argument to switch tools and to switch to structured content management. Our 20,000+ employee company is now switching tools and taking the economic hit to tag all our content. The switch now has quantifiable benefit...Kelly.
