Clint,
I had the same issue with Win 7 64-bit, FM 9, and Acrobat X. Win 7 32-bit
prints fine.
Performing the following steps resolves the error for me. Although I had
previously cleared this option in Printing Preferences, the solution seems to
be clearing this option in the Printing Defaults.

The updates kept reassigning the port to COMM1 and losing the desktop
and document ports! The solution was to go to Devices and Printers,
delete the Adobe PDF
working as it should. Neither help
desk technician provided any links or references to the articles they claim to
have found, so I don't know any details beyond what I've related here.

Hi Jon
Check that you've got a FILE: port in your printer settings. Updating
Acrobat can kill it, and FM can't make PDFs without it.
1. From the Start menu select Settings > Printers and Faxes.
2. In the Printers and Faxes window, right-click on any printer and
select Properties.
3.
Jon,
Have these files ever worked, or do other files or other applications work?

Hi Jon,
This problem has two solutions:
Again install your FM 7.2 and the Acrobat 7.0 for windows (complete software
and not the acrobat reader alone) because in this only you will find
installation for PDF printer and this you can see in your printer and faxes.
