Nancy, try FileBox eXtender (freeware, http://www.hyperionics.com/files/index.asp). It allows you to auto-switch to the Details view of the file boxes and lets you specify an order. But this is not the main purpose of this Windows Explorer add-on - it simplifies the navigation through the

Every time I need to import a graphic, Framemaker initially presents the graphics files to me in alphabetical order. It would be much, much more useful if every time I wanted to import the graphics, they were listed by date, most recent date first. That would be a useful feature. You may
